“We are more than a “gallery”… We’re a diverse interactive community SPACE meant to educate and empower our next generation of artists.”
ON EXHIBITION THROUGH MARCH
INSTALLATION-1)
LOVE HER MORE
SPACE at Adolphus Tower is proud to present LOVE HER MORE, a site-specific, immersive installation by interdisciplinary artist Brandy Michele Adams. This installation was conceived as an embodied experience rather than a traditional art exhibition. It invites visitors to slow down, reconnect with their physical awareness, and to participate in a shared space of reflection centered on ental health, women’s healthcare, and the legacies of women whose contributions continue to shape the present. Emerging from Adams’ transdisciplinary practice at the intersection of contemporary art, somatic methodologies, meditation, yoga nidra, and neuroscience, LOVE HER MORE reflects the artist’s recent shift from object-based production toward participatory environments. Following five years of focused study in contemplative and therapeutic disciplines, Adams approaches creative practice as both aesthetic inquiry and social responsibility, positioning the body itself as a site of knowledge, memory, and transformation.
Centered around themes of collective care and embodied presence, the exhibition foregrounds women and marginalized voices while asking what new possibilities emerge when unity replaces isolation. In this SPACE, art becomes an active process, less about visual consumption and more about participation, nervous system regulation, and relational connection between self, community, and environment.

HER VOICE
Her Voice is a project of TAVPA (Turkish American Visual & Performing Arts), curated by Nur Gürel. It centers women artists who have been studying in Gürel’s studio over the past two years, many of them immigrants and first-time exhibitors. The project prioritizes access, visibility, and meaningful cultural participation for these artists, who have had limited opportunities within formal exhibition spaces.
Built on principles of respect for personal narratives, integrity in self-expression, and the transformative power of public presentation, the exhibition emerges through a collaboration between TAVPA, Dallas College, FGIII Fine Art Productions, Hoque Global, and Downtown Dallas, Inc. In the exhibit, art functions as a form of education: to cultivate empathy, and reinforce belonging, while amplifying voices shaped by lived experience, migration, professional practice, and creative discovery.
The participating artists bring together a wide spectrum of life paths that converge through painting and visual exploration. They balance established professional careers with renewed or newly awakened artistic practices, while others, including young emerging voices, approach art as an evolving language of identity and experimentation.
Their work reflects journeys shaped through studio study with Gürel and rooted in personal reflection rather than formal art-world trajectories. Collectively, their paintings and visual studies offer a multifaceted portrait of contemporary women artists forging space for themselves through discipline, vulnerability, and creative commitment.

Young Women's STEAM Academy
A satellite exhibition, celebrating Women's History Month, featuring a selection of artworks by 6th – 10th grade students at the Young Women’s STEAM Academy, highlighting surrealist portraits and landscape paintings
INSTALLATION-4)
THE RECHARGE ZONE
An immersive installation inviting visitors to pause, cultivate presence, and spark inspiration. Featured as a selection from The Art of Connection: A Neuroaesthetic Journey to Wellbeing, the work is grounded in neurodesign—shaping environments to support brain–body regulation.
As founder of Inclusive Wellness Design, Marissa Heyl translates neuroscience research into sensory-rich spaces that foster creativity, emotional resilience, and authentic connection. By bringing this work into a community setting, she affirms that restorative environments should not be a luxury, but a fundamental part of the places where we gather.
“SPACE at Adolphus Tower is the pride and joy of our external partnerships at Dallas College” said Ahava Silkey-Jones, Vice Provost, School of Creative Arts, Entertainment and Design. “This project launched as a concept for bringing professional artists and students together in a space that has the potential to be one of the most dynamic corners in Downtown Dallas. The project has grown into a thriving SPACE that brings communities from across Dallas together, inspiring students to launch careers in the arts, and celebrates the power and impact of collaboration across sectors. I am so proud of our team and grateful for the partnership of FGIII Fine Art Productions, Hoque Global, and Downtown Dallas Inc. who have consistently invested in this vision and to our student and community artists for changing hearts and minds through their artistry.”
Hoque Global, owner of Adolphus Tower, is committed, long-term, to support and foster young talent within the Dallas College School of Creative Arts, Entertainment and Design. SPACE is a true testament to their commitment to empowering the next generation of artists and creators. “It has been our honor to create a welcoming, engaging art venue in Adolphus Tower and at one of Dallas’ busiest, most exciting corners in Downtown,” said Mike Hoque, CEO of Hoque Global. “The student artists of Dallas College, through their continual dynamic creations, are helping all of us understand and see our world with fresh insight and perspective. These last two years have been profound and we look forward to featuring more from these infinitely talented artists ongoing in SPACE.”
