Vendor Participation Fee

LOCATION: MAIN STREET GARDEN | 1902 Main St. | Downtown 75201

DATE: Saturday April 11th (noon - 10pm) & Sunday April 12th (noon - 6pm)

In celebration of Dallas Arts Month, Downtown Dallas, Inc. in partnership with FGIII Fine Art Productions and The Creatives Factory will host the fourth-annual Downtown Dallas Arts & Music Festival.

Please review the Participation Guidelines, Rules of Conduct and Participant Agreement below. Please “AGREE” and “SUBMIT”.

Once submitted, proceed to checkout to process your participation fee of $350. Additional details will be emailed to you upon payment confirmation; load-in & load-out times, set-up, sitemap, and promo assets.

We sincerely appreciate your participation and look forward to an incredible festival!

A 10x10 ft. outdoor pop-up canopy tent, preferably white, is required for this festival. Each tent must be secured with a 25 pound weight connected to each leg of the tent. Tent “sidewalls” are recommended for overnight security.

Each Vendor is required to “AGREE” and “SUBMIT” to the Participation Guidelines, Rules of Conduct and Participant Agreement prior to proceeding with processing your participation fee of $350 for DDAMF 2026.
