I PROMISE that I will follow all guidelines set forth by MESStival Xpress Pop-UP at Pegasus Plaza, scheduled for September 27 & 28, 2025. I PROMISE to set-up my Vendor tent/booth/station as early as 2 hours before the festival start time, to be completely ready to sell by 11AM and to be on-site and available the full scheduled festival period from 11AM – 7PM on Saturday & Sunday. (NO early breakdown, unless authorized by FGIII Fine Art Productions and DFW Shopz) I PROMISE to be completely self-sustained for this festival, which includes; manage all my own payment processing, having change available for cash sales as I understand that cash to make change will not be available, and providing customers with wrapping and bagging for my sold items. I PROMISE to coordinate a set-up time and load-in with FGIII Fine Art Productions (frankie@fgiiifineartproductions.com) and/or Paula Zuniga (dfwshopz@gmail.com). Vendor tent/booth/station locations and parking info will be provided closer to the festival dates. Load-in and load-out MUST be pre-scheduled. I PROMISE to leave my area as clean as I found it. I UNDERSTAND that no distribution of political campaigning material is allowed and that no political items are permitted for sale, which includes anything having to do with political statements about past and/or present politicians and/or political agendas. I UNDERSTAND that FGIII Fine Art Productions, Downtown Dallas, Inc., and DFW Shopz reserve the right to request the removal of any items deemed illegal and/or in poor taste. Vendors considered to be in violation may be asked to leave the premises immediately. (NO participation fee refunds) I UNDERSTAND that the MESStival Xpress Pop-UP at Pegasus Plaza does NOT provide public WIFI. WIFI is not guaranteed to be available. I will be prepared to use my own data plan to ensure reliable service for my technology and to process payments. I UNDERSTAND that I am responsible for providing my own canopy tent for my booth/station, including tables, chair(s), extension cords, lighting, and whatever décor and/or signage that I desire for my station. (please mark your extension cords) Power is available on a very limited basis, if you require power, please immediately request electrical access from FGIII Fine Art Productions. I UNDERSTAND that Vendors are not permitted to sell food and/or drink within the MESStival Xpress Pop-UP at Pegasus Plaza, unless authorized and/or permitted. RULES OF CONDUCT All participating Vendors must be aware of their surroundings and their valuables, wares etc. Our MESStival Xpress Pop-UP at Pegasus Plaza management staff will be on-site to assist with anything you may need but it is ultimately your sole responsibility to be safe and sound while conducting business at this festival. This is a family focused festival, and you will be expected to conduct yourself in a professional manner. Any unruly conduct, refusal to follow guidelines or use of foul language to festival patrons, management or personnel will be considered grounds for expulsion from the festival. In the event of expulsion, NO Vendor will be refunded any fees nor will be invited to future festivals.
