Meet our Artists

M*Knight

From camera lenses to turntables M*Knight is known as a multifaceted individual who has turned his passions into a career. With his love for music, photography, motion graphics, and mid-century inspired media he takes his admiration for these visual elements to create his own works of art. His fascination for music became evident in his early years of college where M*Knight would moonlight as a DJ and party promoter. Fast forwarding to his current hometown of Dallas, TX he was able to learn and elevate his skill set with the help of other local DJs. Along with many years of dedication to his craft, since 2005 he has now played at countless venues, clubs, and openings for concerts. M*Knight thrived on the emotions and joy that he could bring his audience but later noticed that it was not being portrayed in many of the photos he saw afterwards.

Alicia Tubbs

Alicia is a storyteller at heart. Stories of hidden places shared and inner beauty revealed spring up in her imagination. Providing visual tales that beg for interpretation is her aim. The subjects that she chooses are linked together in unique relationships. Do they hold a secret that only the two of them know? Possibly one holds the key to a valued treasure or the key to another's freedom. Peppering symbolism into each painting only adds to its significance. This is also true for the abstracts in her portfolio. For example, there is intentionality to develop depth while allowing the first layer of texture to peek through the final layer. This could point to a heart with many layers that can only be seen and appreciated by those who are willing to take the time.

Tina Ngo

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, I have always been passionate for performing and visual arts that can have an inspirational effect on people through storytelling. Detailed, yet abstract. Which may seem contradictory, but my art expresses the complexities of conceptual thoughts to tactical execution. Raised by an immigrant family, who escaped from war, they’ve taught values of loyalty, compassion, hard work and dedication. The lessons I've learned have transformed my experiences into creative expression.

His thesis focused on the childhood memories of the traditional toys of Puerto Rico. Therefore, tricycles and toy tops are a recurring subject in his work. Noin worked as an art professor at the Interamerican University of Arecibo for nine years. His artistic career is based on Puerto Rico, but his work has participated in collective exhibitions in Miami, New York, and Chicago, prior to moving to Texas with his wife and son.
