I PROMISE that I will follow all guidelines set forth by the 2025 Downtown Dallas Arts & Music Festival, scheduled for April 12th & 13th. I PROMISE to set-up my Artist, Maker and/or Vendor tent/booth/station as early as 2 hours before the festival start time, to be completely ready to sell by 10AM and to be on-site and available the full scheduled festival period from 10AM – 10PM on Saturday and 10AM – 7PM on Sunday. (no early breakdown, unless authorized by FGIII Fine Art Productions and DFW Shopz) I PROMISE to be completely self-sustained for this festival, which includes; manage all my own payment processing, having change available for cash sales as I understand that cash to make change will not be available, and providing customers with wrapping and bagging for my sold items. I PROMISE to coordinate a load-in and set-up time with Violet Kirk (violet@fgiiifineartproductions.com) and/or Paula Zuniga (dfwshopz@gmail.com). Artist, Maker and/or Vendor tent/booth/station locations and parking info will be provided closer to the festival dates. Load-in and load-out MUST be scheduled with DDAMF Staff. I PROMISE to leave my area as clean as I found it. I UNDERSTAND that no distribution of political campaigning material is allowed and that no political items are permitted for sale, which includes anything having to do with political statements about past and/or present politicians and/or political agendas. I UNDERSTAND that FGIII Fine Art Productions, Downtown Dallas, Inc., The Creatives Factory and DFW Shopz reserve the right to request the removal of any items deemed illegal and/or in poor taste. Artists, Makers and/or Vendors considered to be in violation may be asked to leave the premises immediately. (NO participation fee refunds) I UNDERSTAND that the Downtown Dallas Arts & Music Festival does NOT provide public WIFI. WIFI is not guaranteed to be available. Be prepared to use your own data plan to ensure reliable service for your technology and to process payments. I UNDERSTAND that I will be responsible for providing my own canopy tent for my booth/station and will provide my own tables, chair(s), extension cords, lighting and whatever décor and/or signage that I desire for my station. (please mark your extension cords) You must request electrical access from DDAMF Staff immediately, as power is available on a very limited basis. I UNDERSTAND that Artists, Makers and/or Vendors are not permitted to sell food and/or drink within the Downtown Dallas Arts & Music Festival, unless authorized and/or permitted. Main Street Garden will have multiple food trucks and beverage options to choose from. RULES OF CONDUCT All participating Artists, Makers and/or Vendors must be aware of their surroundings and their valuables, wares etc. Our Downtown Dallas Arts & Music Festival management staff will be on-site to assist with anything you may need but it is ultimately your sole responsibility to be safe and sound while conducting business at this festival. You are expected to conduct yourself in a professional manner. Any unruly conduct, refusal to follow guidelines or use of foul language to festival patrons, management or personnel will be considered grounds for expulsion from the festival. In the event of expulsion, NO Artist, Maker and/or Vendor will be refunded any fees nor will be invited to future festivals. PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT All participating Artists, Makers and/or Vendors must obey all pertinent safety codes, permits, laws, including but not limited to fire safety and parking regulations pertaining to Downtown Dallas. Participating Artists, Makers and/or Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless FGIII Fine Art Productions, Downtown Dallas, Inc., The Creatives Factory, and DFW Shopz, including all festival collaborators, partners and sponsors, and the agents and employees of each of them, from any and all actions, suits, damages, or claims arising from any injury, loss, or damage to the undersigned during this festival, and hereby consents to enforcement of all Downtown Dallas Arts & Music Festival guidelines. I understand that my participation fee is non-refundable. In the event that this festival needs to be rescheduled for any reason, my fees will be transferred over to the rescheduled festival. I have READ and UNDERSTAND the DOWNTOWN DALLAS ARTS & MUSIC FESTIVAL application process & Artist, Maker and/or Vendor participation guidelines and what is required of me.
